Needle stoppers

Best ever, they've never been off one set of needles or another. Wonderful grip even on my metal ones

Good idea…but

I was having problems using dpn’s to start toe up socks for a child - stitches kept falling off the 5 needles I had to use. Then I came across these protector/stoppers and bought some. Unfortunately, while a good idea, they don’t stay on the 2.25mm needles used for socks even though it says they are suitable for 2mm to 6.5mm needles. So they are useless for what I wanted them for. I gave 3 stars because they may be OK with larger needles.
