DELIVERY INFORMATION
We have partnered with some of Australia's largest delivery companies, including Australia Post, Courier's Please and Aramex.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 business days. Usual delivery times are 2-5 business days thereafter, dependent on your location. Some regional and remote areas may take longer.
We ship to all states and territories within Australia.
All orders through Knitting Co. are delivered using a pricing calculator that adjusts the delivery price based on parcel size, weight and number of items. Delivery prices start at just $2.40 and our standard shipping option is capped at $9.30 Australia wide, no matter the size or weight of your parcel.
Orders are usually shipped via a regular tracked parcel delivery service, with Express delivery upgrades available at checkout. Small parcels are shipped via the Australia Post letter service (with no tracking) to save shipping costs. These items will be identified at checkout and you will have the option to upgrade to a tracked service if you prefer.
Please note due to network congestion some parcels are taking longer to deliver than usual. We ask you for patience at this busy time.
PICKUP INFORMATION (Melbourne Only)
Local Pickup is available from our showroom in the Melbourne suburb of Noble Park.
If you select Pickup during checkout, we will get your order ready for collection and you will receive an email confirmation to arrange pickup. We are a small family run business and as such pickup times are limited to Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 10am - 3pm. When you receive your email confirming pickup is ready, please call us on 1300 134 576 to confirm your preferred timeslot.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Payment is available via PayPal or Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express). No additional fees/charges apply.
365 DAY HASSLE FREE RETURNS POLICY
If for any reason at all you decide you aren't happy with your purchase you can return your unopened product to us for an exchange, or a full refund of the original purchase price. No questions asked. No difficult processes. We do ask that you contact us before you send your item back so we know to expect it. (Note delivery charges cannot be refunded).
FAULTY PRODUCTS POLICY
Wherever possible, we check all products before sending them, but occasionally something faulty might slip through. For that we are sorry. But we promise to make it up to you... If you receive a faulty product, get in touch explaining what is wrong, including photos where relevant/possible. We promise to replace the item free of charge or, if the item is no longer unavailable, provide a full refund of the full transaction amount, including shipping.
