As part of our 365 Day Returns Policy, if for any reason at all you decide you aren't happy with your purchase you can return your unopened product to us for an exchange, or a full refund of the original purchase price.

Only thing we do ask is that you contact us before you send your item back so we know to expect it. (Note delivery charges cannot be refunded).
Faulty Products Policy - Wherever possible, we check all products before sending them, but occasionally something faulty might slip through. For that we are sorry. But we promise to make it up to you... If you receive a faulty product, get in touch explaining what is wrong, including photos where relevant/possible. We promise to replace the item free of charge or, if the item is no longer unavailable, provide store credit or a full refund of the full transaction amount, including shipping.
