As part of our 365 Day Returns Promise, if for any reason at all you decide you aren't happy with your purchase you can return your unopened product to us for an exchange, or a full refund of the original purchase price.

Only thing we do ask is that you contact us before you send your item back so we know to expect it. (Note delivery charges cannot be refunded).

Faulty Order Policy - If you receive a faulty product on receiving, get in touch explaining what is wrong, including photos where relevant/possible. We promise to replace the item as quickly as possible, free of charge. If the item is discontinued and no longer available, we will provide store credit or a full refund of the full transaction amount, including shipping.

If anything is missing or incorrect in your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the order so that we can rectify the issue.

Manufacturer Warranty Procedure - All products sold through Knitting Co. include a 12 month warranty. If a product becomes faulty some time after receiving it, get in touch explaining what is wrong, including photos where relevant/possible. 

Such issues are referred to the local supplier, who acts as the Manufacturers' representative and is responsible for repairing or replacing products under the Manufacturer's Warranty. In instances where the product supplier is overseas, we will seek to repair or replace products as quickly as possible - in most instances from our own stock (where possible).
