Temporary Delivery Rate Adjustment

As a result of the global energy shock, our trusted shipping partners have all increased their fuel levies to between 12% - 14.7%, materially increasing our delivery costs. We worked hard to absorb these levies throughout March and April, but in order to ensure we maintain our customer service standards and everyday low prices, we have taken the difficult decision to introduce a small 5% Temporary Delivery Rate Adjustment. 

This adjustment is temporary and fully transparent. We have not taken this decision lightly and we remain committed to supplying the best brands in the Fiber Crafting industry at the best possible prices. We felt this was the simplest, most transparent way to temporarily adjust our delivery prices - as soon as the impacts of the global energy shock pass and our delivery partners adjust the levies back to manageable levels, this adjustment will be removed.

In the meantime, all of our Customer First Policies remain in place. This includes our Best Price Promise, our Free Gift Offer, our Free Delivery Offer and our famous 365 Day Return Promise.
